BEFORE: This original built-in vanity was the one element that remained during the remodel.
BEFORE: It was time to say goodbye to the wallpaper and introduce some fresh color.
BEFORE: The remodel was a great opportunity to go down to the studs and properly reinforce new grab bars.
AFTER Only remaining original features are the built-in vanity and ceiling panels. New light fixtures greatly increase the brightness in the bathroom.
AFTER What a difference the right knob makes! Glass handles are the perfect detail for this vanity. Custom roller shades allow light in, yet protect the owners privacy.
AFTER Here’s a closeup of the bead board paneling and wainscoting. Grab bar was added here also. The black toilet seat is perfect in this bathroom.
AFTER This beautiful pedestal sink has a generous top. New light sconces on either side of the medicine chest offer optimum lighting. Outlet near the mirror is another new luxury.
AFTER Stock tile can be beautiful. Retiling allowed us to replace the shower fixtures - adjusting the height of the shower head , add a recessed shampoo caddy, and reinforced grab bars.
AFTER New tub, new tile: a great way to start the day.
AFTER Beautiful workmanship on the tile layout and installation. Black “dots” were applied randomly to the floor. The pop of lime makes it all sing.
AFTER Classic color combination of black and white - with an accent of lime - and the use of classic materials re-energizes this almost 70 year old bathroom.
